Our primary shipping vendor is UPS ground with insurance. For small accessories, PO boxes, or non-continental US customers, we may use the United States Postal Service.

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours after payment has been received and cleared.
Orders should arrive within 2-5 days in the US, and 1-2 weeks for international orders.
If your order is damaged during shipping, was defective, or you want to return it for any other reason, please complete and submit our Return Authorization Form. Detroit Guitar will contact you within 48 hours to make further arrangements.
Returns may be only for exchange or store credit, and must occur within 15 days after receipt of the item, and be complete including all original packaging, accessories and documentation.
With the exception of defective and/or “damaged during shipping” items, all shipping charges will be charged to the customer, even if the order was shipped free.
Items will be inspected before issuing a credit. Detroit Guitar reserves the right to refuse items that were not returned to us in the same condition as when they were delivered to the customer.
Certain items are non-returnable (microphones, harmonicas, tubes, etc.).
