Squier Paranormal Troy Van Leeuwen Telecaster XII Copper

Troy Van Leeuwen’s work with Failure, A Perfect Circle, Queens of the Stone Age, Gone Is Gone, The Armed and others has made him a defining voice in modern alternative rock. The Paranormal Troy Van Leeuwen Telecaster XII takes that textural approach and applies it to a 12-string Telecaster, delivering added harmonic depth and shimmer while retaining the familiar character and bite of the Tele.

Finished in a distinctive Copper Age finish, the guitar pairs a nyatoh body with a maple neck featuring a comfortable “C” shape, satin finish and 9.5" radius Indian laurel fingerboard. A custom Telecaster XII headstock, 21 narrow tall frets and Micarta nut complete the neck, while the Telecaster 12-string top-load/string-through bridge provides a player-friendly foundation for the 12-string configuration.

A pair of Fender Designed Alnico single-coil pickups keeps the electronics simple and familiar, with master volume and tone controls and a 3-position blade switch. Chrome hardware and a 4-ply tortoiseshell pickguard complete the look.
