The Gibson SG Standard ’61 Stop Bar Vintage Cherry brings together the sculpted mahogany body, small pickguard, and slim neck that define the early SG design. Deep double cutaways leave the upper frets open and accessible, while the Vintage Cherry finish highlights the body’s distinctive contours.

A SlimTaper mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard offer a comfortable feel for chords and lead playing. The 60s Burstbucker pickups deliver a classic humbucker voice with bite and clarity, backed by hand-wired controls and Orange Drop capacitors. An ABR-1 bridge and aluminum stopbar complete the traditional setup.
