The Fender California Deluxe Monterey E pairs a comfortable folk-style body with the refined construction of the California Deluxe Series. Its Orchestra/Auditorium body features a solid Sitka spruce top with laminated mahogany back and sides, while scalloped X-bracing helps deliver a focused, articulate and balanced acoustic voice.

A mahogany neck with a Slim “C” profile, 12" radius walnut fingerboard and 25.5" scale length provides a familiar playing feel. The Monterey is finished with a Micarta nut, Modern Viking bridge, sealed die-cast tuners with split shafts and phosphor bronze strings. For plugged-in playing, the Fishman CD-1 preamp provides volume, bass and treble controls along with an onboard tuner and phase control.
