At the heart of the line sits the Synchromatic™ Nashville™ Hollow Body Single-Cut with Bigsby®, a model that channels the iconic 6120 spirit into a modern performer’s tool. Available in 50’s Orange Stain and Cadillac Green, the Nashville pairs timeless looks with carefully engineered updates that make it a standout both onstage and in the studio.
The Build
Crafted with a 2.5” deep laminated maple body and Gretsch’s new Semi-Arc bracing, the Nashville strikes a perfect tonal balance. Semi-Arc bracing is a modern twist on the brand’s legendary 1959 Trestle design—delivering the resonance of parallel bracing with the snap and feedback resistance that hollow body players crave. The result is a guitar that’s big, open, and articulate, while staying tight under volume.
A soft “C” shaped maple neck supports an ebony fingerboard with pearloid Neo-Classic™ thumbnail inlays, medium jumbo frets, and a genuine bone nut—ensuring comfort and precision across the entire 24.6” scale.
The Tone
Tone is powered by a pair of Hi-Fidelity Filter’Tron™ pickups, direct-mounted with Alnico 5 magnets. These pickups are engineered for shimmering top-end clarity, defined low-end response, and the signature Gretsch chime that’s powered countless classic recordings. A master volume with treble bleed, master tone, individual pickup volumes, and a three-way toggle provide all the flexibility needed for stage or studio.
The Details
True to Gretsch fashion, the Nashville doesn’t skimp on style. Oversized bound F-holes, multi-ply body binding, gold hardware, and a Bigsby® B60 V-Cutout vibrato tailpiece add the finishing touches. Each guitar also ships with a deluxe hardshell case, making it road-ready right out of the gate.
