The Taylor Gold Label 814e debuts the brand-new Super Auditorium body shape—an evolution of the classic Grand Auditorium that offers a bolder low end, enhanced projection, and a touch more power across the frequency range. This limited-edition model is built with Honduran rosewood back and sides and a torrefied Sitka spruce top, delivering a warm, complex tone with beautifully textured overtones and exceptional sustain.

The torrefied top lends vintage character right out of the case, while the fanned V-Class bracing design enhances resonance, clarity, and volume. The all-new long-tenon neck joint offers more surface contact between neck and body for improved energy transfer and tonal depth. Paired with Taylor’s Expression System 2 electronics and a refined aesthetic design, the Gold Label 814e is a versatile and stage-ready acoustic-electric that’s anything but ordinary.

Tasteful visual appointments include grained ivoroid binding, a redesigned pickguard, Continental inlays, and antique chrome Gotoh 510 tuners with ebony buttons. It ships in a deluxe hardshell case with a British Cocoa exterior.
